Providing universal and practical hands-on tips that can be immediately used by all skill levels on any press. Introduction/Synopsis: In a fast paced industry based around efficiency, it is increasingly more important to use every trick you can to secure your margins. There are many practical things you can begin doing today that can have a big impact on your bottom line. This course is designed to show how shops of all sizes and skill levels can be sure they are getting the most possible productivity out of the tools they have.

Basic tips examples: – Arranging the jobs for the day to print in the most efficient order. – Recommend use of set up/break down cart. – Maximizing the use of on press consumables. (Glue, ink, cleaners, etc) – Coding of screen information to reduce miscommunication. – Balancing squeegee pressure and angles for maximum efficiency. – Choosing the proper mesh for the design to allow the press to operate faster. – Tips to prevent stopping the machine. (Fuzzballs, imperfections, flashing issues) – Increased cleanliness. Conclusion/Take away: Well defined, practical resources that can be immediately used by all skill level.
